Summary
The Seasonal Office Assistant plays a key administrative role in supporting the NFL Films Production Budgeting and Management Team with data entry and light office duties.
Responsibilities
- Review Freelancer expense reports for accuracy
- Process vendor invoices, departmental purchase card charges, and petty cash reconciliation
- Review and properly code monthly AMEX, T&E, expenses, shipping, etc
- Supporting PM Production Accountants with data entry of information into budget system
- Order office supplies and maintain organization of the office supply closet Take department meeting notes
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Office Assistant/management experience
- Extremely proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel
- Must have exceptional organizational, communication, judgment and interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Requires some communication with various departments including: Project Management, Payroll, Scheduling, Operations, Business Operations Previous database experience a plus

This position will be able to support production teams with any administrative accounting related questions/concerns while making sure they are following company policies and audit procedures. The Seasonal Office Assistant will also be responsible for communicating and collaborating with Project Management & Finance in order to deliver findings and results in a presentable manner.
Salary / Pay Range

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- 30-40 Hours week for 6-7 months
