Work towards and support the superior maintenance of our hotel for our guests and associates. This position will be seasonal.
What will you be doing?
Maintain the interior and exterior of the building.
Respond to guest calls and associate requests.
Troubleshoot, repair, and or maintain the following: air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, IE motors, starters, pumps, fans, generators and chillers, plumbing and drains, pneumatic and electronic systems and controls, fire alarm and life safety equipment.
All other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
Previous hotel engineering experience is preferred.
Must have flexibility to work different shift times.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
