The Governance Operations Coordinator is a part of the Operations Planning & Reporting team within the broader Center Operations Department. They will support Seasonal & Workload Planning for our centers, ensuring that our center teams are doing the right work at the right time to create excellent experiences for families. The coordinator will also contribute to the collection and analysis of center feedback and performance results, and will support reporting, operational projects, and process improvement in partnership with teams across the organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to document how they are driving workload to centers and make recommendations to minimize impact and improve adoption.
  • Support the seasonal planning process through cross-functional partnerships.
  • Create and update metric-based dashboards and reporting to provide insights into center challenges and solutions.
  • Collect feedback and assist in analysis and share it with the broader organization.
  • Use these findings to advise the priority of internal and external team projects, and to measure their impact.
  • Support partner management within the center project approval process.
  • Provide administrative and project management support on Strategic projects as well as on the workload and seasonal planning processes.
Qualifications

  • 4-year degree preferred OR project management experience
  • Able to create Dashboards in either Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet's, or Qualtrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint strongly desired.
  • Experience in a child care or education environment is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization and communicate findings.
  • Develop strong relationships cross functionally and partner in a positive and professional manner.
  • Address problems and prioritize work based on degree of importance and vitality
  • A strong sense of curiosity and an eagerness to analyze and solve problems, as well as to learn and develop new skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
