Seasonal Golf Pro Shop Attendant - part-time (NM2024-6657)

Though once primarily a summer retreat from the fast-lanes of urban cities, Pendaries is rapidly becoming a year-round primary residence, with approximately 100 full-time residences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming calls and take starting time reservations.
• Register players and assign them their tee time, making sure all golfers sign daily register.
• Collect all money for green fees, programs, rental, and Pro Shop sales.
• Issue receipts for all transactions.
• Maintain general order and cleanliness in the Pro Shop.
• Maintain daily records and reports.
• Remain courteous and professional with patrons and co-workers at all times.
• Perform all job tasks within the rules and guidelines of the Golf Programs.
• Work as a team player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments.
• Regular attendance of scheduled work hours is required.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Able to demonstrate skills in the proper handling of money.
• Basic working knowledge of computer.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Must have good work ethic.
• Must be responsible, courteous, and have good communication skills
• Must possess a positive attitude and a sense of pride and accomplishment with one’s work.
• Must be able to work weekends
