Marksman is seeking Temporary Customer Service Professionals who can deliver a concierge level of service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for one of Charlotte's premier Event & Convention venues.
Days, nights, and/or weekend work availability is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, Guest Services, and/or call centers.
Payrate: $17/hr on-call seasonal

Responsibilities:
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.
- Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner
- Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel
- Multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Maintain poise, self-confidence, make sound decisions, react quickly under stress, maintain self-control
- Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Able to withstand extreme temperatures; hot and cold
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
