YOUR OPPORTUNITY: Assist Customer Service Advisers and others in department by handling clerical needs and regular updates to sales partners and customers. Individual must be detail oriented, customer focused, and have problem solving skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process yearbook accessory orders and prep for production.
- Assist Yearbook Cover Desk team in cover specification entry and communication to Customer Service team.
- Support Customer Service team with various order entry needs
- Data entry into our Yearbook Business System
- Back-up other admins during absences
- Filing and efiling duties
- Assist in other departments (Shipping, Quality Control, Handwork, Billing etc.) as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of the organization.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Preferred
- Associates degree or 2 years work experience preferred.
