Job Position: Seasonal Crew Member (Seasonal position)
Compensation: $15.50 - $18.00 hourly (Dependent on relevant experience)
The primary responsibilities of a Seasonal Crew Member are to provide customer service in various departments and put away freight during the season. Once the Christmas trees arrive, the position will transition to focus more on loading, unloading, moving/stacking merchandise in assigned locations, and assisting customers in the Tree Lot. Other responsibilities may include covering the sales for assistance, covering the registers, and helping with local deliveries.
Major Responsibilities
The major responsibilities for this position include:

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service

• Greet customers as they enter the store

• Tactfully and pleasantly deal with customers

• Perform other tasks as assigned by store management

• Assist with heavy items and load-outs of trees, lumber, soil, concrete, etc.

• Organize the layout of the Tree Lot and maintain cleanliness.

The minimum requirements for this position include:
• Education/Training: High School degree
• A commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfaction
• Ability to communicate with associates and customers
• Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to learn
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
The minimum physical requirements for this position include:
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth
• Ability to lift 60 lbs regularly
• Valid Driver's License, must be insurable
