We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Associates. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various duties in our store. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for flexible scheduling.
Duties:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process sales transactions using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Basic knowledge of technology products and sales techniques is beneficial
- Ability to operate a cash register or POS system accurately
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
