Seasonal Air Filter Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Air Filter Technician to join our team. As an Air Filter Technician, you will be responsible for replacing Air Filters and disposing of them from May through August. This is a hands-on role that requires Saturdays and Sundays in the summer.

Duties:
- Replace Air Filters each month (May through August) in vacation rental homes located from Corolla to South Nags Head, NC
- Clean Air Filter grates as needed/required
- Maintain accurate records of replacements and complete work orders as assigned

- Maintain accurate records of the dimensions of Air Filters if there are discrepancies

- Inform Maintenance Manager of any Air Filters that need to be ordered

Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders safely while holding tool and filter
- Proficient in using tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends only
