SEAFOOD WHOLESALE REPRESENTATIVE

Neptune Fish Market is looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team! We are family owned and operated SEAFOOD WHOLESALE distributor located in Lake Worth Beach. As a seafood salesman, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the seafood industry, including restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Florida Driver's license
• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Seafood Industry
• Knowledge of seafood products, market trends, and industry regulations
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain composure when busy and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate seafood products
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale with clients
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Manage delivery confirmations and payment (if needed).
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and product developments
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Salary: Starting $40,000.00 per year + Commission
