Setting up and operating an automatic textile screen printing press according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines. Capable of solving printing problems, making adjustments to mechanical operation of press to keep quality, registration, color, and production speed at optimum.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Follow daily assigned production schedule. Follow order ticket and job board to verify the quantity, garment color, sizes, imprint locations, ink colors, imprint size to be printed. Determine color sequence (screen order). Obtains production screens and check them... for quality before setting up the press.
Set up screens in proper color position on the press and properly register them. Print test print for approval. Confirm gas dryer for proper drying temperature. Prints job maintaining optimum production rate, without compromising quality. Solve printing issues during production run. Ensures proper cleanliness of press, work station, and immediate press area.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
