SalaryWest County Tees & Embroidery, a leading provider of custom apparel, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to work under pressure. This role involves working on both manual and automatic presses, ensuring the highest quality of our products. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative team.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing work orders to ensure jobs are set up correctly.
- Operating both manual and automatic presses for printing.
- Handling the burning of screens.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment, including removing ink from screens, squeegees, press & tools.
- Setting up, tearing down, and running t-shirts and other apparel items on press.
- Packing final product in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Strong physical stamina with an ability to stand for several hours.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous work experience as a Screen Printer would be helpful, but not necessary.
- Reliable transportation.
