We're on the hunt for a Screen Print Catcher to join our dynamic team in Mishawaka, IN. You'll be the final guardian of quality control, ensuring every printed masterpiece meets our high standards before heading out the door.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first to greet freshly printed garments as they emerge from the dryer.
• Inspect each item for impeccable print quality, alignment, and garment integrity.
• Sort and organize finished products by order, size, and color.
• Pack and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, like garment folding or equipment maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a knack for keeping things tidy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• No prior experience in Screen Printing is necessary, but a passion for quality and a hands-on approach is a plus!
