    What You’ll Do…

    This position is located across the United States. Our intern program philosophy is to “recruit once, hire twice” with the hope to hire interns back into full-time or return internship roles.

    **Your Key Responsibilities: **

    • Focuses on the development of key leadership competencies critical to the success of the Supply Chain Division through a continuous stream of future leaders.
    • Provides opportunities to drive improvement within the business today with realized impact to the bottom line.

    The Supply Chain Management Program:

    • 2½ year Rotational Program consisting of five 6-month assignments – assignments are project based including a supervisory role and the potential to work at one of our international locations.
    • Assignments have defined business deliverables and include active mentoring and quarterly presentations with key business leaders.
    • Possible assignment focus areas: Manufacturing Process Improvements, Lean 6 Sigma, Risk Analysis, Health Safety & Environment, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality, Finance, Field Operations and Logistics.
    • Invaluable experience gained in leadership, teaming, decision making, problem solving, project management, supervisory skills, employee relations, time management, negotiation, change management, and presentation skills.
    • Structured training and development curriculum in business, leadership and teaming skills.

    **Required Qualifications: **

    • Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
    • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future; Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

    **Desired Qualifications: **

    • Proven leadership abilities; strong communication skills, analytical and decision-making skills
    • Flexibility in relocating
    • Relevant intern/co-op experience preferred
    • Oral/written fluency in English as a second language is required
