  • Demonstrated experience in cell culture, flow cytometry and other related immune assays such as ELISA, PCR, and cell-based assays is required
  • Experience in performing immune analysis and demonstrating understanding of T cell biology, functionality and regulatory T cells is preferred. Familiarity with gene editing and delivery technologies (e.g., CRISPR and viral transduction) is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with cell-based assay development, including proliferation, suppression, and MLR assays, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to execute experiments with rigor and maintain clear and complete records of lab work
  • Evidence of critical thinking and the ability to devise a plan beyond the immediate experiment.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, Flowjo, and ELN/LIMS for data entry, analysis, and presentation
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills with the ability to embrace change and multitask in a fast-growing environment
