The Scientist I will be reporting to the Scientist II. You will work onsite at our CSL Seqirus in Holly Springs, NC location Monday-Friday during primary business hours. Responsibilities:
- Contribute technology platform capabilities to team to achieve designated project objectives.
- Coordinate global and local research and development projects.
- Manage collaboration with different CSL sites and external partners.
- Handle nanoparticle characterization techniques such as DLS, Ribogreen, and MFI.
- Understand technical transfer process and some experience with process development.
- Experience with commercial awareness in technical strategies.
- Complete assigned tasks and delivery of objectives by deadlines provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or postgraduate degree or experience in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' laboratory experience with training in a relevant technical discipline e.g., molecular and cellular biology, analytical biochemistry etc.
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical expertise in biological Drug Product Development including large molecule formulation and stability.
- Experience with fill-finish and primary packaging.
- Evidence of commercial awareness in technical strategies.
