Your Responsibilities as a Scientist:
- Sample Collection: Gather soil, water, air, and building material samples with precision and attention to detail.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret collected data accurately to derive meaningful conclusions.
- Technical Reporting: Prepare concise technical reports and proposals based on analyzed data.
- Field Support: Provide assistance with industrial hygiene field sampling, chemical exposure assessment, and air monitoring as required.
- Career Development: Take an active role in your professional growth, seeking out opportunities for advancement and skill enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 1-4 years of environmental field sampling and data collection experience.
- Strong technical writing skills with multitasking ability and safety awareness.
- Preferred 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
- Light construction experience is advantageous.
- Data management and report preparation experience is preferred.
- Experience in personal and chemical exposure assessment is a plus.
- Familiarity with noise dosimetry, sound level measurements, and air monitoring is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Willingness to occasionally travel outside the local territory.
