Job Summary: Under the direction of the principal, responsible for helping students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able and responsible citizens. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Salary Range: $70,866 - $140,701 (anticipated increase for the 2024-25 school year). Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.
Contract: 180-days
FLSA Status: Exempt
Certification/License: Valid WA State Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement
Education: Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment.
Benefits: For eligible positions, the district offers a competitive benefits package including Washington state health insurance coverage (SEBB), a Washington state retirement package, and paid time off. Generally, you are eligible for SEBB benefits if you are anticipated to work at least 630 hours per school year (September 1 through August 31).
