Glenwood Springs High School is seeking a Full Time highly qualified Science teacher with a concentration/focus/background in Biology and Environmental Science for the 2023-24 school year and beyond.
Finalist will teach a demonstration lesson in addition to participating in interviews.
Glenwood Springs High School serves 1,000 students--many of whom choice in from outside of the district. The GSHS mission is to change students' real-life chances. We are focused on academics, but we are committed to the development of the whole person.

Required Qualifications:
* Colorado Teaching License
Desired Qualifications:
* Teaching experience
* Experience teaching a diverse population of students including English Language Learners and previous work with intentionally implementing culturally responsive instruction
* Strong background in literacy instruction
Bilingual candidates preferred.

Pay Range
$50,000 to 71,895 **Based on education and years of experience
**Annual salary noted above is based on an 8 hour day (FTE 1) and full days worked calendar. Any position that is less than a full FTE/8 hours per day or late start will be prorated accordingly.
