Hiring Physical Therapists in Manteno, IL
We're seeking Physical Therapy professionals to join our special education team for the remainder of the 2023 school year!
Job Description:

• Evaluate and provide services to k-12 caseload of 16 students including 5 consults and 11 direct service students at three separate school sites.
• Schedule and deliver the physical therapy interventions with students as determined in the IEP.
• Monitor the students' progress toward goals and objectives and provide written reviews every semester.
• Assist students in developing feelings of self-worth and in making social adjustments that permit them to cope with disabilities.
• Maintain appropriate, confidential records and provide timely reports.

Candidate Description:

• Active Physical Therapy license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with entry-level credentials in physical therapy
• Knowledge of pediatric conditions and pediatric physical therapy
• 1:1 Education Work setting is a plus.

Shift:
Part-time, 10 hours
Start Date :August 2023
End Date: EOSY
