Job Details
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a school setting
- Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other members of the school team to ensure patients receive holistic care
Qualifications
- Current CNA License for Massachusetts
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships
- Patience and understanding when working with children and adolescents with special needs
