School Nurse's Aid

Charter School Nursing Services is a locally owned company responsible for providing nursing and medical services to several Charter and Albuquerque public schools in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. We are looking to add another Health Assistant to our ever growing team to work in the day time at various schools.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and directing parent phone calls
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and request accordingly
• Responsible for maintaining student records, and immunizations
• Administrative and clinical tasks
• Preparing, cleaning and maintaining nurses station
• Triaging students as needed for health concerns.
• Physical exams including hearing and vision tests

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with students Kindergarten through High School.
• Attention to detail.
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)

Charter School Nursing Services works off of the APS calendar. We take breaks for long holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Summer Break.

We offer flexible schedules, and work off of the year round school schedule. Holidays off, summers break, winter break and weekends off.
