Job Description:

As a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ProCare Therapy, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support the diverse needs of students. Your responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments, collaborating with teachers and parents, and providing training to school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform the development of behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
• Collect and analyze data on student behavior to inform decision-making.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a BCBA in Maine.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
