Job Description: Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a proficient School BCBA for a full-time contract role within Reserve, Laa school district. This position is essential in delivering specialized support within the field of behavior analysis.
Requirements: Applicants must meet all local and state regulatory criteria for the School BCBA position. Preferred qualifications include substantial experience collaborating with special education students and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional behavior assessments and formulate behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to execute and oversee behavior support plans
- Deliver training to school staff on behavior management strategies and techniques
- Analyze data and monitor progress to adapt behavior plans as necessary
- Consult with other professionals to enhance the overall development and success of students
- Aid in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with behavioral needs
- Attend team meetings and contribute to fostering a collaborative and positive school environment
