School-based RBT (guaranteed Hours) - Massachusetts

Soliant has partnered with a school district near Somerset, MAto fill a vacant position for a Registered Behavior Technician for this school year. This position offers guaranteed full-time hours.
Description of Position:

• Full time (32.5 Hours/Week)
• Caseload: Junior High Students (3)
• Duration of Contract:ASAP-May 24th, 2024
• Pay: $20-27/Hourly Paid Weekly
• RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the therapeutic team to support students with developmental disorders

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
