A School-Based Therapist with Encompass Christian Counseling partners with school officials to provide support and Mental Health and case management services to students and families at assigned schools. This part-time (build case-load to FT) position is located in the Tuslaw School System in Stark County, Ohio.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's level Social Worker (LSW) - Master's degree strongly preferred - or Master's level Counselor (LPC), with independent licensure preferred (LISW or LPCC, respectively).
- Experience working with students and families strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:

- TEAM first.
- Provide individual and/or family Mental Health counseling and appropriate and effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan.
- Complete MHAs, including accurate Mental Health diagnoses.
- Complete treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with client.
- Complete timely and well-written documentation. Progress notes should be completed and signed daily, or within 24 hours for billing purposes.
- Participate in Peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities.
