Scheduling Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and client scheduling
- Ensure smooth and efficient client service by coordinating with other departments
- Follow up with scheduling, billing, and organzation of reports

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office management role

- Scheduling follow up with clients, billing and collecting, and detailed attention to follow up
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
