Scheduling Coordinator/Medical Receptionist

Horizon Rehab and Sports Medicine has an amazing full time opportunity! Our team is fun and upbeat while maintaining a positive and professional attitude with patients on their journey through rehabilitation.

We're looking to fill the position of Scheduling Coordinator/Office Associate. Successful candidate must have excellent personal communication skills, an understanding, medical insurances and an ability to effectively use computers/technology.

• Responsibilities include performing patient check in/check out duties, answering phones, and scheduling patient visits.
• In addition, the candidate must be able to track insurance authorizations, communicate and coordinating with billing, run reports, and helping coordinate administrative functions.
• Medical benefits, 401(K) and paid time off are included.
