Scheduling Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk-Lawrence

Royal Woodmill is looking for a motivated, passionate Scheduling Coordinator to join their team in Lawrence!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify schedules are set for each shift within facility

• Organize, prioritize and coordinate all nursing staff schedules

• Always develop/utilize a master schedule

• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure accurate staffing

• Proactively identify staffing problems, take initiative to resolve, and communicate to the DON and/or Administrator

• Other duties as assigned

• Ordering nursing supplies

• Ensuring all units are stocked with necessary supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or hospital preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and prior experience with scheduling software required

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time

SALARY:

• Hourly pay. (Rates disclosed upon hire.)
