Basic Purpose: Ensure accurate prioritization of daily work for all clients and applications. Acts as the hub of communication for all teams involved with daily work, as well as during peak periods.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute and manage Print-Production-Shipping workflow from start to completion. Monitor emails for purges, holds, and pulls. Communicate daily prioritization to Print, Production, and Logistics teams. Provide necessary feedback/escalation to management if priorities are not adhered to. This includes active communication between shifts, with peers and across departments. Proficient knowledge of all internal systems specific to each area of responsibility. Cross train in all team duties to ensure goals are met and exceeded. Verify that all jobs are properly reconciled and closed in a timely manner accurately. Provide training for continuous improvement, new associates and cross training opportunities. Support the Broadridge team with an overall goal of quality, efficiency and productivity. May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or Associate's degree
  • Intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Skills/Competencies:
  • Close attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks of competing priority effectively
  • Ability to take direction and to work under pressure due to time constraints as necessary

Requirements:
  • Flexibility in work schedule that is based on Production volumes which could require weekends and holidays
  • Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge's policies
