We are hiring for a self-driven, highly motivated and personable team member to join our Hospitality Staffing Team. Our division primarily focuses on staffing for weekly events, banquets, conferences, meetings and private functions. If you enjoy a customer service oriented and fast-paced work environment in Hospitality this position might be for you.
The Staffing Support, under the direction and guidance of the Staffing Manager will be responsible to coordinate weekly on-call schedules for over 300 employees to work in many different departments which include Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Culinary, Facilities and Security. The Staffing Support will do a variety of scheduling duties which require the following experience:

• Extensive experience with office software, including MS Work, Excel, Outlook and Gmail.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software.
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy of scheduling over 300+ employees weekly.
• Excellent communication and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable in working and speaking with large groups of people.
• Goal oriented and task driven.
• Team Oriented and strong leadership skills.
• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment with constant changes to fulfill staffing needs.
• Quick-thinker and excellent attitude.
• Nights and weekend work is required due to the changing needs of the events. Shifts may start at early as 5:00am and end later in the evening.

Main duties include:
• Confirming onsite that all staff have arrived for work on time and dressed properly.
• May travel to many offsite locations. Some driving required.
• Answer scheduling inquiries via email, text and phone.
• Maintaining and updating constant schedules changes daily via software, phone, text and in-person.
• Document scheduling processes and keep thorough records
• Able to work with tight deadlines to find replacements to cover sick calls or no-shows.
• Monitor phone lines and text apps after business hours, nights and weekends.
• Must be comfortable with constant scheduling changes from department manager.
• Recruiting and interviewing new candidates weekly.
• Conduct onboarding (New Hire Orientations and Facility Tours)
• Attend job fairs, networking and marketing events.
• Supervise and discipline on-call staff. May be involved in terminations and suspensions.
• Coordinate weekly payroll template for Payroll Manager.
• Meet daily with each department Lead and or Manager to ensure that schedules are completed on time.
