SCHEDULING AGENT

Premier Health is the Health Coaching provider to all Balance of Nature’s customers. Customers start Health Coaching through online courses, after which they will have the opportunity to work with a Personal Health Coach. The Scheduling Team coordinates with the customer's availability to schedule and commit them to their Health Coaching appointment. Our Scheduling team is dedicated to assisting our Health Coaches by keeping their schedules full of customers who are eager to improve their health. As a Scheduling Agent, you will help your customers understand the value of Personal Health Coaching.

• This is a full-time and on-site position, not hybrid nor remote.

What You Will Do:

• Commit customers to taking action and improving their health
• Educate customers about their Health Coaching benefit
• Assist customers in scheduling Personal Health Coaching appointments
• Overcome any barriers that may prevent the customer from seeing results
• Offer education and answer questions
• Help customers over-the-phone and by email
• Motivate customers in a positive and uplifting manner
• Properly track and document customer accounts
• Meet with your team and manager regularly to strategize and improve
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays
