Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scheduler/Data Entry position at Carlisle Staffing Consultants in Tukwila, WA. The Scheduler/Data Entry will be responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, data entry, administrative assistance, and clerical skills. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent support to our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using computer applications and software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Skilled in all Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to problem solve
• Able to multi-task

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.00 - $26.00/hour.
