SalaryAtlantic Health System' Central Scheduling unit is seeking a full-time Scheduler I based out of our Corporate Office in Morristown NJ.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be a Scheduler In the Central Scheduling Call Center.
- Candidate will take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the transcribing of orders and scheduling of our patients in various modalities.
- Candidate will be trained and required to communicate various patient assistance tools.
- Candidate will cross train in various modalities as warranted by the department.
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
- Knowledge of Insurance preferred
- High volume call center experience preferred
- Great computer skills
- Great customer service skills
