Our Story

Arizona Pest Control opened its doors in 1947 at the same location in Tucson Arizona that it’s at today. Since then, much has change with the pest management industry however service delivery and client satisfaction have and will always remain a top priority. Owner Bruce Tennenbaum began working there in 1970’s as a service technician and would eventually work his way through the ranks to owning the company. Today as the longtime owner, Bruce has really made Arizona Pest Control a family business that is one of the premiere pest control companies in southern Arizona and respected by his peers around the country.

If you take pride in your work and strive to excel, we want to talk to you! We are adding 2 new customer service positions to our growing business. Pest control industry experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will provide training about our industry to help you excel.

Duties:

• Scheduling
• Billing inquiries
• Data entry
• Provide accurate information to both current and potential clients about our services
• Assist sales staff and technicians with scheduling

Candidates should have the following skills or traits:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Able to work in a team atmosphere
• Have a high level of professionalism
• Be good under Pressure
• Ability to handle busy phones
• Basic math, Word and Excel knowledge
• Excel at problem solving
