Scanning Specialist - AM or PM

JOB SUMMARY:                                             

We are hiring four Scanning Specialists to join our team (two day shift & two night shift).  This full-time hourly position will work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule from either 6 AM – 6 PM or 6PM – 6AM.  This position will be responsible for assisting in resolving inventory issues, completing cycle counts and performing LTO duties.  This position will also be expected to be a backup for our current CICC position.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:    

• Answer questions from LTOs regarding inventory discrepancies
• Perform daily cycle counts
• Investigate inventory discrepancies to determine the root cause
• Work in both the WMS and EWM system
• Perform backup CICC duties, as needed
• Perform LTO duties when Scanning Specialist tasks are completed
• This position will roughly be 30% Scanning Specialist duties / 70% LTO duties
• Other assignments/projects as needed to ensure our customer needs are met

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
