A leader in recycling and disposal solutions, is looking to add a Scalehouse Attendant to its team! This is a great administrative opportunity to be part of a company that takes care of its employees, provides a safe working environment, and embraces culture and diversity in the workplace.
For this Administrative position, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers depositing waste; weighing customer vehicles on scales to determine fee amount, collecting fees and balancing cash/checks daily, as well as, preparing daily deposits and assisting customers, as needed?
As a Scalehouse Attendant you will be doing the following:
- Greeting customers, directing customers and other traffic
- Correctly calculates payments for customers
- Ensuring that incoming garbage loads are safe and do not contain any inappropriate material
- Completes all administrative tasks including regular filing and completes required reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned, including data entry and minor customer service responsibilities.
- Approaches all encounters with employees, customers and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Schedule Available: Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3pm
Pay: $19.50/hour
