Job Title - Scale Clerk

Job Location - Waupaca WI

Job Hours - 6-6:30am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday (flexible start time)

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Assignment to Hire

Starting Pay - $18-$20 based on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED,
Required Experience – Office Skills - Including Microsoft Office Products

The Clerical Assistant Position will be support role working with a busy industrial client in the Waupaca Area. Under supervision you will oversee, facilitate, process and maintain accurate records for materials received and/or shipped.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Visually verifying inbound/outbound vehicles on deck and entering information in computer

Identifying various material types and properly coding

Answer and direct incoming calls

Sort, distribute, and maintain proper paperwork

Basic Microsoft entry

Customer contact, communication, and questions over the phone and through email

Follow company safety standards

Other responsibilities as assigned

Ideal candidates:

Flexible with schedule

Excellent Customer Service and data entry skills

Possess strong communication and organizational skills

Basic Math
