Saw Cutting Duties:

• Saw cut parts to specifications on drawings and routing.
• Review Saw Cut Grid to ensure proper sequencing.
• Ensure saw machinery has proper set up to produce quality parts.
• Responsible for the required cleaning and maintenance of the saw.
• Visually inspect the quality of incoming bar stock and notify purchasing of any quality issues
• Responsible for notifying Value Stream Leader on preventive or emergency maintenance issues and needed consumables.
• Run Table Sander as needed on saw cut parts based on Saw Grid

Receiving Duties:

• Review received raw materials for correct quantity and receive into ERP System.
• Label raw materials and place in proper inventory locations.
• Receive tooling into ERP and Tool Crib System.  Put tooling into proper Tool Crib Locations.
• Receive customer good materials, combine with router and place in the corresponding work center.
• Receive purchased component materials, combine with router, and place in the corresponding work center
• Receive incoming jobs from ACE1 using the Warehouse transfer grid and move parts to the corresponding next work center.

Waterjet Operator Responsibilities:

• Load materials safely
• Safeguard material finish quality during the cutting process
• Create nest sheets based on jobs pulled by Valuestream lead.
• Review Waterjet Grid to ensure proper sequencing.
• Ensure jobs are staged in an orderly fashion and with the appropriate paperwork
• Ensure waterjet machinery has proper set up to produce a clean, dross free cut
• Move completed jobs to next operation within value streams
• Complete all waterjet only parts for deburring and skidding in preparation for shipping
• Expedite priority jobs
• Coordinate with shift operators and communicates information regarding priority jobs or customer requirements to first shift operators
• Maintain count a “A” stock inventory
• Maintain reusable fixtures
• Tag all remnants with ID number
• Working knowledge of the pump and filter system
• Responsible for torch maintenance
• Maintain machines ops as efficiently as possible with minimal downtime
• Visually inspect the quality of incoming sheet stock and notifies Purchasing of any quality issues
• Notify Value Stream Leads of preventive or emergency maintenance issues and needed consumables

• This is a safety sensitive position.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate computer skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Organized 
• Must work well in team environment
• Material Handling (50lbs)
