Sausage Maker

Looking for a Sausage Maker to join our team!! We are proud to offer a robust assortment of house-made sausages, hot dogs, and cured meats. Our smokehouse program is a beloved part of our business featuring our own house recipes for both old world and innovative sausages & cured meats. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in sausage making. Chefs are also encouraged to apply!

Hours:

First shift (4am start time).

Union Shop

- Must be able to do the following:

* Lift 40+ Pounds

* Handle Food

* Work in cold Environment.

* Work well with others.

* Take Instruction
