Mitchell Subaru is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Saturday Receptionist/Greeter. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests visiting our dealership on Saturdays. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our dealership.
Hours are 7:30-5:00 Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests entering the dealership with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or employee
- Direct guests to the correct department or service desk upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and maintain a clean and organized appointment log
- Assist customers with general inquiries about our products and services
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area /customer areas
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
- Follow dealership policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
