SAP Trainer
Tech Implementation Training Lead
As an SAP EWM training lead, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of EWM across multiple facilities. You will work closely with project Change Management lead , Business teams, and third party logistics (3PL) to understand change impacts, develop EWM training documentation and lead end-user training. This is a Global Role.
Travel is expected to be extensive.
Key Responsibilities: Change Management:
- Partner with change lead to develop a detail change impact analysis to understand the impacts across the business
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of change management training plan
- Develop a robust train the trainer plan to successfully train multiple warehouses
- Support and monitor user adoption at each site.
End-to-End User Training:
- Devise a full training rollout plan for the EWM program across 20 sites globally
- Develop training curriculum
- Develop Web-based training (WBT), Virtual or In-Person Instructor Training (ILT), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and Job Aids
- Develop training materials, documentation, and user manuals tailored for this specific SAP EWM configuration
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, including partners & 3PL warehouse staff, supervisors, and management
- Provide hands-on training to ensure users understand the system’s functionality, features and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate user progress, providing additional training and support as needed
Qualifications:
- 7 years’ experience in a training role focusing on learning and development
- 5 years’ experience leading training for a large-scale technology implementation
- 3 years’ experience in Change Management and Communications
- Ability to tailor training programs to different user levels and needs
- Proven experience on end-to-end user training and training creation
- Project management experience and the ability to work in Global Cross-Functional and diverse teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional time management and organization
