Position Title:SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Security Lead
Position Location: 20 Greenway Plaza, Suite 600, Houston, TX 77046
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summary of Duties:
Position can work from home for two days a week.
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Security Lead, will design, develop, deploy and support Information Technology (IT) equipment, services, processes and software for MHIA and its affiliates.
The role is primarily responsible for the following job duties:
- Analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions;
- Serve as a Functional Consultant: design, develop and test software applications based on requirements/design documents using cutting edge technologies in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Create and review unit, integration test plans/scripts.
- Create and review product/project deliverables according to the SDLC methodologies.
- Utilize new technologies in SAP SF / HCM and tools to modify products and provides integration with applications developer.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation and SAP Analytical Cloud) unified Reporting.
- Recommend and develop plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases related to information technologies for MSSA and its affiliates;
- Conduct hands-on development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization;
- Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems' policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance;
- Identify systems capacity thresholds and implements capacity upgrades as required;
- Install new equipment, software upgrades and patches to customized servers, and data collection systems and related facilities including historian servers, interface servers, ESXi Hosts and guests;
- Maintain high-level and detailed knowledge on the computing, network, and security industries, best practices, and evolving technologies and security threats.

Work experience must include:
- SAP Human Capital Management Payroll and Benefits
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Performance/goals Compensation, Workforce Analytics reporting (People Analytics), Single Sign on configuration with Identity Authentication Services (IAS)
- SAP SuccessFactors integration with HCM using middle ware as CPI
- SAP Success Factors interface with third party systems using CPI as middle ware
- Training business teams and stakeholders in SuccessFactors
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 30% domestic travel.
