- In this position, you will build and maintain professional relationships with external agencies, schools, employees, and HR staff to develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service. You must be comfortable with presentations and speaking in large groups. You will have direct, face to face interaction with people applying for both entry-level and executive positions. You will assist and/or conduct interviews for various positions as needed. You will assist in the procurement of temporary contractors, from the process initiation to completing the assignment order while communicating with managers and respective business office staff. You will maintain records on posted job activities to produce statistics when the need arises.
- You must have experience in tracking systems and/or knowledge of management software to fill requisitions rapidly with qualified applicants. You must be capable of analyzing resumes to ensure applicants meet minimum requirements and be able to troubleshoot problems or complaints of applicants, customers and/or staffing agencies and/or employees and escalate the issues to appropriate levels of management with excellent writing skills.

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma/GED with a preference for a bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field. Four years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year of recruiting or volume hiring experience.
