Summary:
Responsible to support the finance portion of the SAP S4 ERP implementation and assist in the development of standard processes for the financial transaction systems. You will work closely with the Industrial and Aerospace segments to harmonize the finance and accounting processes while ensuring continuing compliance with local government requirements. Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborates with implementation teams to assess and standardize back-office processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and payroll in cooperation with the corporate IT Function
- Drive continuous improvement in processes utilizing SAP S4
- Participate in the building of financial processes, reporting, analytics and systems in the Parker finance and accounting organization
- Proactively identify potential issues and communicate to manager/team
- Ensure compliance and integrity with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of the SAP S4 ERP system.
Requirements:
- B.A/B.S. in business or related required
- Willingness to travel (25%)
- 2-5 years of applicable experience
- Advanced Excel skill set
- Strong analytical skills
- SAP experience preferred (S4/HANA)
