- Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
- Experience in working in IT production support systems Should provide support on EWM and RTC.
- Should have knowledge on EWM Master data integration, Delivery Management, EWM Inbound & Outbound Processes, Stock transfers (internal & cross-company transfers) and RF mobile solution for warehouse.
