Responsibilities Experience in implementing Change Request Management (ChaRM) in Solution Manager 7.2 Two or more ChaRM implementations on Solution Manager 7.2/7.1 Customization knowledge on ChaRM workflows depending on the requirements Expertise on ChaRM in 7.2 for Change cycles, Change types, CSOL ,DGP processes, CRM web-UI customization and role design setup Experience in Retrofit setup Setting up ChaRM for complex STMS landscapes CTS+ configuration experience along with integration of ChaRM Configuration experience on Managed system configuration setup, SLD, LMDB, Wily EM and EWA SAP Basis knowledge for performing technical activities on Solution Manager Upgrade and Support experiences on ChaRM Required/Must have skills: SAP BASIS SME - Solution Manager - CHARM SAP Soman - CHARM SME SAP Technology Arch Required Work Experience: 8 - 12 yrs Nice-to-have Skills: SAP BASIS, Solution Manager - CHARM Department: Preferred Vendors This is a contract position
