- Hands-on maintenance and administration of SAP Applications (SAP BRIM Application Components).
- Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing SAP Applications.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to the Applications team. Collaborate with various cross- functional teams to configure Integrations.
- Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and governing detailed designs generated by the vendors.
- 7+ years' experience with SAP Applications (S/4, BPC, GRC, SOLMAN, BRIM, PO/SLD).
- 2+ years of experience in SAP BRIM Application Components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environmental issues as they arise.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required.
- Strong understanding of SAP Basis functions.
- Provide administration and operations of the SAP Applications.
- Ensure issues are analyzed, discussed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Identify and perform the daily production administration tasks.
- Utilize the Dashboards to monitor processes.
- SAP Transport management and Deployment of Transports to environments.
- Review EWA reports and work with team members on potential problems and issues.
- SAP GUI installation and support for end-users.
- SAP Security experience is a plus.
- ServiceNow ITSM experience is a plus.
- Bachelor s Degree in computer science related discipline.
