We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Modeler and Architect to join our team. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in SAP analytics modeling and architecture, with a focus on using SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Enterprise HANA and an understanding of SAP Datasphere. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, data architecture, and analytics modeling principles, and be able to effectively translate complex business requirements into robust analytics and reporting solutions.
A Day in the Life...

  • Design, develop, and maintain analytics models in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere to meet business requirements.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into data architectures and models.
  • Establish and implement analytics governance and analytics quality standards and processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Create comprehensive analytics model documentation including data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, and implement quality improvement processes.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP Analytics and data architecture.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members in modeling best practices.

What We Are Looking For:
Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data architecture and modeling, specifically with SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Enterprise Hana.
  • Experience building and tuning SAP CDS views.
  • Proven understanding of database structure principles, analytics modeling, and data mining.
  • Demonstrated experience with analytics governance and analytics quality management.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and other similar technologies/platforms.
  • Experience monitoring performance and identifying tuning opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • SAP certification is a plus.

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
