Sanitation Supervisor

Position: Sanitation Manager

Reports To: Director-Operations

Shift: 3rd shift (9 pm-5:30 am).

Responsibilities:

• Sanitation Manager develops, plans and manages a master sanitation schedule and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures in accordance with governmental, company and customer standards.
• Sanitation Manager trains, schedules and develops Sanitation Supervisors and employees and ensures they are fully trained in and operate within the parameters of sanitation requirements.
• Sanitation Manager maintains effective relationships with contracted chemical suppliers to ensure controls for sanitation chemicals to include utilization, testing, inventories, proper labeling and safety.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in Sanitation, preferably in a food manufacturing company
• 2-3 years supervisory/management experience
• Computer literate with general knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

• HAACP experience, Q.A. and chemical knowledge
• Willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of the shift and employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
